- Henson joined Darlington ahead of the 2026/27 season following a successful trial spell with the club. A former Doncaster Rovers youth prospect he departed Rovers in 2022. Joined Malvern Town where he has called up to the English Universities squad in 2024 while studying at Hartpury University. In 2025 he moved back up North and signed for Newton Aycliffe where he played as a midfielder.
