- Joined Darlington ahead of the 2026/27 season. Came through the academies at Carlisle United and Newcastle United before playing for Annan Athletic and Queen of the South in Scotland. Joined Annan on a permeant basis in 2024. Prior to joining Darlington Max had already made over 140 senior appearances.
