- Danny Hall signed a professional deal with Oldham in 1999. He spent one month's loan at Scarborough in 2003, only playing the first half of one game before returning to Oldham Athletic. He eventually went on to make a total of 78 appearances for Oldham. Joined Shrewsbury Town in May 2006. Hall made over 40 appearances for the Shrews before moving to Gretna in January 2008. Due to financail problems at Gretna he departed and joined Chesterfield in July 2008 on a one year deal. Hall made 32 league appearances during a two-year stay at Saltergate, scoring twice. During his second season at Chesterfield he had a breif loan spell with Darlington.
