Biography
The veteran defender returned for his third spell at his home town club on loan from Harrogate Town during the 2013/14 season, a move which during the campaign was made permanent. White, who started his career with nearby Middlesbrough, had a long list of previous clubs. His time at Colchester United saw the centre-back make over a 150 appearances for the club. He joined the Quakers in 2007 and was a regular for the next two seasons under manager Dave Penney, in which the club narrowly missed out on promotion, however administration led to the end of his first spell. He returned to the club on loan from Luton Town in the doomed 2009/10 season when the club were relegated from the Football League. His third spell with the Quakers was a successful one, adding much experience to the side and helping the club win promotion from Evo-Stik First Division North and then winning the Evo-Stik Premier Division the following season.
