- Goalkeeper Peter Jameson signed from Sunderland RCA during the 2013/14 season, having previously been on Middlebrough’s books. He made his debut the same season when Mark Bell suffered an injury. He quickly made the place his own and went onto become first choice keeper with Quakers. He was the first name on the team sheet as Darlington won promotion from both the Evo-Stik First Division North and Evo-Stik First Division Premier during season 2014/15 and 2015/16. He was again first choice for much of the 2016/17 campaign however the arrival of Adam Bartlett would eventually signal the end of Peter's time at the club. On the eve of the 2017/18 season he joined Blyth Spartans.
