- Curtis Main began his football career at Sunder before being and joining Darlington. He made his senior debut as a substitute in the last few minutes of an away at Peterborough United. He became one of the youngster players in the club's history at 15 years and 318 days. Continued to make appearances for the club until he departed in April 2011. Got a surprising move to Middlesbrough after his release from Darlington.
