Biography

Chris Senior joined Darlington in the summer of 2010. Prior to his Darlington move he played for Scarborough, Halifax and Altrincham. He found the net on a regular basis before his switch to Darlington ahead of the 2010/11 season. It was a frustrating season for Senior who was in and out of the side. However he was part of the squad which made the FA Trophy final. In the final moment of extra time it was Senior who headed in a late winner against Mansfield Town. The goal made Senior a Darlington hero. However on the evening when the victorious Quakers squad was presented to the town Senior was told by manager Mark Cooper that he was being released.
